3. User cannot receive call while visitor press the door bell 訪客按鈴時未能收到電話
Please turn on the notification from setting.
IOS: Setting-> notification->Ding Dong -> turn on the notification
Andriod: Setting-> Apps -> Ding Dong -> Turn on the notification
需要在手機設置裡面，需要允許“叮咚”軟件“後台運行”和“消息提醒”。
蘋果手機設置路徑：設置 - 通知 - 叮咚 - 允許通知
安卓手機：設置 - 管理應用程序 - 叮咚 - 顯示通知
（不同安卓手機設置的位置完全不一樣，需要諮詢手機提供商）
4. Can talk but cannot view while pick the video call 能接聽，不能視頻?
It may happen while the online signal is unstable, you may check the router, reconnect and try again.
Or double check your handheld (phone or pad) online signal.
1）能接聽，不能視頻，是因你網絡不暢通，請檢查網絡，或者稍後再試。
2）檢查路由器或重啟路由器，嘗試再連接
3）確認手機端網絡是否穩定（手機能夠正常上網瀏覽視頻）
